Jacob has over a decade of experience in the world of video marketing. He got his start working for an advertising agency and production company. In 2022, he decided to embark on a new venture, starting The Blair Media Company. This choice was fueled by a desire to channel his creative energy into projects that resonated with him. Eager to assist others in narrating their unique stories, he looks forward to collaborating with you and bringing your story to life.
Riley Troutt
Client Success Manager
With 5+ years in project management and various financial roles, Riley is passionate about serving others and problem-solving. After playing collegiate baseball at WVU (go 'Eers!), he got his start working part-time with a marketing agency while completing his master's degree at USF (go Bulls!). In his free time he loves playing sports, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. He's your go-to guy for any problem you may have, big or small!

Born and raised in Lakeland, FL, Nathan brings years of experience in live production, social content, and short-form filmmaking. A lifelong creator, he’s always been drawn to shaping stories through the lens and especially through the edit. His work spans everything from fast-paced social videos to short films and spec ads.
Lauren Schreader
Social Media Specialist
Lauren brings passion and creativity to every project. With 4+ years of experience in content creation and writing, she’s eager to help brands achieve their goals and visions. She obtained her B.A. in Communications with a Film minor from FSC in 2024. Through interning with Indie Atlantic Films, co-launching FSC’s coffee-cart Morning Grind, and many passion projects, Lauren has built a dynamic background in storytelling and strategy. She’s now ready to support your journey and build a digital presence bringing the story of your brand to life.
